Resubmitting the canadian application

Subject: Resubmitting the canadian application

Hi

My Canadian immigration application was rejected due to improper NOC code. Now I am resubmitting my canadian application. Can anyone tell me if i need to submit the same IMM0008 Generic form which has a stamp of CIC sydney on it or the new form?
