| Subject: PR card mailing address and residency of province |

hello,
I would appreciate it if somebody help me.
We obtained our permanent residency and had landing in Vancouver, our mailing address to PR card was TORONTO (my good friend live)
We stayed in Canada for a couple days and we are planning to move to Toronto, Ontario in early next year.
my question is...
Our mailing address of PR card was to Toronto, ontario province, it tells that Ontario province IS the province of residency?
