Dear Experts,
I finished filling all application forms for FSW but I confused about signing on the last page ;(page 4,Authority to disclose personal information) of the SCHEDULE 1, Background /Declaration form ;
may I and only I (The principal applicant) sign on this page or every single of my family aged 18 years or above sign on his own form separately .
Your suggestion is highly appreciated.

Every family member older than 18 must complete and sign their own Schedule1.
