Subject: Adaptability points from Aunt |

Hi there,
To gain the 5 points for adaptability does my aunt need to live in Canada? or it´s ok as long as she is a Canadian citizen?
My total points are 65 without adding this 5 points from my aunt.
If I can´t gain this 5 points because my aunt doesn´t live in Canada for the past 5 years, is it possible to hold my case for 2-3 months and retake CELPIP/IELTS exam to reach 67?
I submitted my application in March 2006. After more than 3 years waiting and find out I might be rejected due to my aunt´s residency in Canada is really frustrating.....
Your suggestion is highly appreciated.
