hi, kindly advise me .
i am lebanese, i used to live with my canadian wife in the USA with a student visa , i was deported from the state when the visa expired . (i was legal but i didnt have money to apply as spouse sponrship). So after the deportation we came to my home country (lebanon) and we apllied from there as spouse sponsorhip to the canadian embassy in syria.After 18 month they denied me coz i was deported from usa saying i can reapply after 2 years .
Is this normal according to law and wats my chances when i reapply after 2 years ?Do u think the denial is going to affect my case.( i have no criminal record neither in lebanon nor USA). the only weekness in the case is the deportation from the state
