i got married in my homeland to a canadian citizen. he applied for me here in canada and after i landed in 2002 my ex husband divorced me and left . i lived here and after few years met a guy working in usa and we got married in 2003 in US. my current hubby is not a canadian citizen as he´s in working visa in US . in januaryy 2009 we had a child in usa .i am a canadian citizen and i want to make my baby canadian too . my question is , i haven´t informed anyone in immigration of myy divorce and re marriage , i am not sure if i need to as my husband cant apply as he cant live here longer to meet the criteria . anyway , i need to know if i apply citizenship for my baby , would there be any problem since i haven´t informed anyone of my marrital status change.Thank you
