Hello,
I appreciate if someone looks in to this problem.
I am using this site https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas to check my immigration file status.
I have entered all required details correctly but system could not track my file status. I am facing this issue since couple of month.
Before couple of month back, the system shows correct result.
Please could someone help me in this regards.

If it is an overseas status, send an email to the office or embassy to get an update and bring to their attention a website problem. You can get the contact info of the embassy from www.cic.gc.ca.

Try using your first name inplaceof surname, see if it works.

Check to make sure you have the correct details , Do not put a dash when when writing your indetification .

I am also having the same problem. Cannot follow process or get any information about it. Log in attempts say cannot find any info, yet I have Kit Id# and Client ID# and Receipt #´s. Nothing is working.
Called the office and they were not much help either. How can I check the status of the application if these things do not work? Has anyone figured this out yet?

i submitted my file 6 months ago,in fast track sys but not found any information regarding my file, however i am regularly check the same on ecas but they are also un able to found the status or track the status,
please show me the right way to know the result

i submitted my doc last june09 but till now i dint get any responce from EMBASSY what shoul i do i have a file number but i dont know how to access on net, when ever i check, i get a reply that ur file is in process. so plez help me to get to know ..
