i does the online test but i cant judge it will be under which education category, because for three year diploma after 10th the total education year is only 13. so on that basis i got only 64 points,
one more thing can i apply without fees to process so that they can judge on the basis of tht.

The answer to your last question is NO. What you pay for at the beginning of the process is your Application Processing Fee without it they will not even look at your application and you will be wasting their time and yours.

About your education points... how many years did you have to study to obtain the Diploma? In the instructions booklet from CIC, one of the options for the Education factor says that you could get 15 points if you have:

´A one-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and AT LEAST 13 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study´

I am not sure if having completed the 10th grade and your diploma is equivalent to this category... all I can tell you is that that is the lowest category with 15 points being awarded... there is nothing below that... and for what you say here, the higher categories will not apply to you...

Do what Sharon says, take the assessment and go by that... you may get extra point in other categories... to make up for the 3 that you are currently missing...

Good luck!

Amir, quite soliciting clients. You can put a link to your own site but that should be the end of it.

Jvrs...try and find yourself a work permit or job offer so you can bypass the points system. No application fee will put everything in the garbage. 64 points is not 67 and given the number of applications out there - CIC has no necessity to be flexible.

In 2006 i applied for canada immigration with skilled worker category. Last month i submitted all documents except ielts score. now they are asking to submit my score. as per immigration caluclation i am getting only 64 points. Could you please tell me, they will give time for ielts retest. Why becauze i got only 7 points in ielts asper immigraion caluclation. I will improve to more than 10 points.
