Hello Every one. I have submitted an H&C Application 3 years ago through my lawyer. I was called to sign a letter of execlusion around 3 weeks ago and now i received the letter that I need to go for an inteview. it´s the letter that starts with the scary sentence of "you are asked to go for an interview because of a removal o rder in force". I Called my lawyer and she said that they want to give me the final decission of my case. but reading this forum all people that received this lettter were issued a letter to leave canada within 30 days. The same letter I received indicated that i should bring passport/pictures, ID from back home ... NO phone bills.... My lawyer is always possitive.. can any one shock me with the reality ? do i have a chance ? or when you get this sort of letter you are doomed?

I KNOW you called me today on a blocked number! You now know he is not a Lawyer!!!!
Then you hung up when I told you the truth. WHY?
Google here or anywhere and others will tell you that having an H&C application in process will not prevent your removal. Read the ENF 10 Manuals
Student to an H&C is not something I would charge for or suggest to anyone!
Exclusion order one day then a PRRA the next and if you pay again your a person that I wish I could collect from and look at myself in the mirror in the morning. Can´t do that I guess my ______________ is different.
Waive the PRRA and you will be on a flight in no time flat.
WHEN A REPRESENTATIVE IS SO POSITIVE AND IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roy thank you for your suggestion. I Don´t know why are you being so defensive. My boss in the office walked right next to me and i had to hang up on you... why are you attacking me so hard? My intentions were to ask you a simple question and you have answered. no need to bash me what so ever.
you need to relax i am serious...
and i told you the reason why it was a blocked #.

I was not blaming you or bashing you.
The reason I post here is that another YOU does not get led down the garden path by a representative telling someone else that everything is coming up roses!
I do NOT like any representative who paints such a pretty picture that may have been painted to you and when all is too late they dump them onto me.
A representative at Yonge and Sheppard area took THOUSANDS from a former client after he failed his PRRA and we got a deferral of removal because he fell on the ice and hurt his back & was unable to travel as per his Doctor. That person claimed they were a Lawyer too and they are not so nothing more could of been done other then going to Federal Court which the new guy could not.
The very next day we received his In Land Spousal Approval which happened one day after he was told to go home.
DID THE GUY GET BACK HIS THOUSANDS?
I need to look at myself in the mirror every morning and I got to like what I see.
On my way to GTEC 6900 entrance 2B were I used to be a BOSS!

Well thank you for your honest Reply Roy. I really appreciate your view of using a representetive. if they tell me that i need to leave on my interview date, I might finish my work with my current representitive. I am getting Married to a canadian citizen but according to him he said i can´t be sponsored while being in canada, in other words i have to submit the application while being in my home country. not sure how accurate that is but we´ll wait and see.

Hello Everyone,I have a question, i am on removal order already but my wife want to sponsor me in marriage sponsorship here in canada,the question is will i still be deported if immigration receive my appication?

i applied for refugee status and with draw the case before my hearing ,i left canada because the situation in my country hard stablelised , as soon as i reached things did not turn up to be as i though , i was on the run again after less tha a month in my country my life was in more danger than before i hard to run away to a defferent country , me my son who is canadian and my daughter who is notcanadian , we leaved in a foreign coutry until we got means to come back to canada so we returned to canada less than 6 month of leaving , when i came back i tried to apply for refugee again , and they denied me because i have not been out of the country for at least a year , so my file was taken to CBSA and i was given a removal order , i called in some time back and i was told i can not get a second PRRA because i turned down the previous one while i was leaving the country , so i sont collify for a 2nd prra and that its been less than 6 months , right now am waiting for CBSa to call me i dont know waht to do , my husband has reapplied to sponser me , be cause my when i left my aplication for spouse had not been completed so it was canceled as soon as i left so we have resubmitted it again , Qn can it save me ?
am 8 months pregnant too and my unborn child already has complications with his kidneys , am not medically covered and i have a 1yr old canadian kid , please some one tell me wahts my fate is there any thing anything i can do to change my fate .
please help
