Subject: Wife;s PR trasf to Local CIC
  My wife´s PR(inland Appliction)transferd to Local CIC in feb . Got a letter from the local CIC saying that an immigration officer will be checking her appication, and if an interview is req will contact us. What does that mean?

But now she is 10 weeks pregnant and call center adviced me that i should send a fax to local office.
Pls help, if anyone with same situation
