| Subject: Restoration of Status in Buffalo? |

Unfortunately my visitor visa expired last week. Am I able to go to the Buffalo office to apply for restoration which means I could hopefully come home that day with a visitor visa? I have been there before to apply for a visitor visa and everything went smoothly. I have been with my boyfriend for 7 years, he is Canadian and we are about to apply for permanent residence for me. Also we are going to the Dominican Republic in two weeks and I am worried that now that my visa has expired I will be denied reentry at the airport which is why I want to go to Buffalo to hopefully have my status restored before the trip.
Is this possible? What is your advice?
