my husband left me two weeks after he landed in march 2009,i sponsored him how can i get him deported, he left for another woman i don´t want to be responsible for him any more.

Unfortunately, once he lands, and you have signed the sponsorship agreement, you are responsible for him for 3 years.
In terms of getting him deported, unless you can prove he misrepresented himself on the application, it is going to be very tough for you.
I would at the very least report him to CIC so they are aware of the situation and if he chooses to sponsor someone it may raise a red flag there.

You report these types to Canada Border Service Agency NOT CIC!
The more details they have the better. Keep your complaint factual and they prefer a FAX.
