Subject: IMM 0008_Schedule-3
  Hi Friends !

I want to apply as a FSW. Can any body help me for my following quations?

(1) My Job title is not matching with NOC occupation list but my
all main duties are matching with one of the latest occupation
list. -Can I aplly with my current job title and main duties as
per NOC ?

(2) I have not cleared my IELTS but wants to apply first.What should
I write in the question 6 of IMM 0008-schedule-3 i.e. have u
taken approved test to access your proficiency in english ? If I
write "No" than what explanation should I write.

1-If your duties matches with an eligible NOC catagory, Go ahead and apply. Probably you can convince your employer about your situation and get a certificate stating that your position holds the responsibility of the eligible NOC catogory.
2-You should write no, unless u want to lie. You are not required to provide an explanation. Regardless of your answer, the immigration officer will ask you to prove your language ability at the time of initial assesment.

1. Job duties are more important than the title. If your duties match the NOC code then no need to worry.

2. You will write "No".

You need to submit either IELTS result or written proof of language proficiency, if you do not, your file will be returned. You can file your application with a letter and some documentary evidence of how you have acheived your stated level of proficiency.
