i had a boyfriend he is from alberta,canada.he visited me last Sept.4,2008 here in the philippines and we did not get married here because his parents wish to get married there in canada and i am just curious about this two things :common law partner and conjugal partner.my boyfriend said that we were do it in a conjugal partner since there is no fiancee in canada.
My question is What is the deferent between conjugal partner and common law partner? by the way i was applied for visiting visa and i was denied .pls help me i am hoping that this time i will not get denied .
