Hello everyone,
First of all, if i am in wrong forum, then please excuse !!
I am Indian National currently studying in US, also worked there for 2 years. I seek to apply Canadian Immigration, and want some good advise from experienced members. I have Computers background, and worked in Databases. I have Bachelors of Computers from India and pursuing Masters in US; i would like to know -
1) Can IELTS be waived as i am already in English speaking country (US) for more than 4 years?
2) Where are the official FRENCH exam test centers in US, like that of IELTS?
3) Do I also need to submit my Income Tax returns of US when applying for Canadian immigration?
4) Also, do i need to obtain Police clearance certificate from India alongwith the US?
I will appreciate your advise and suggestions.
Thanks in advance,
banti

(in reply to: Canadian immigration info: pls advise) 1 - yes. Provide documentation to prove that you studied/worked in US for a period not less than 2 years.
2- Refer the Canadian Immigration website, and you will get the links to follow. http://www.fda.ccip.fr/ - This might help as well.
3-No, provided you have other means to prove your residence in the states and the availability of sufficient funds for settlement.
4-You will need a PCC from India and US.

(in reply to: Canadian immigration info: pls advise) Wrong...
1)iy totally depends on the Immigration officer..to take safe ( not to delay your application) then take the test.
