I had a very bad experience with one of the instiutions in Alberta, I contacted them since January and until now they are keeping changing and to get a reply from them...it is sooo boring and tiring...actually I am getting a very bad picture about the whole system over there because of this institution !!!!
I am really thinking to study somewhere else. If they are like this before I go there...what more to expect if I am already in their hands?!!!!!

Try University of Toronto, British Columbia University or McGill University..Those are the three best ones in the entire country...(Up to my knowledge).

A Person who had already got PR before moving to CANADA he want to do MS in computers as he had Bachelor´s degree in computer application with 6+ years of experience
Which university he can approach or province, Any benefits for PR to get concession at beginning or how long he needs to stay in Canada to get concession in fee to study MS
