| Subject: Chose Voluntary to leave canada |

Hi Everyone,I made a mistake while I was in Canada,when I stoped working for my last employer,I didnt change my status,when I came back from a vacation I was told I didnt have any status,I chose voluntary to leave canda,now I am trying to go back to work,on my work permit application,there is a section " been refuesed to,or order to leave canada" should I check this box? and also,how bad this will inffect my next application?
