Please help me out
Updt Doc Sent Feb 2009 (without Ielts)
When I sent my doc on 7 Feb 2009 to CHC, along with that doc I kept one covering letter for extension request for IELTS stating that will be sent before bated 15 of April 2009, and even tough I e-mailed them they replied (below I pasted)

We provide a generous 90 days for a response and usually an additional 15 days for mail to reach the file when we ask for updated information. The time frame takes into account any delays which may occur to processing by ourselves and our applicants, and should provide you with ample time to prepare the documents you need to have on file prior to an assessment. Extensions to this deadline cannot be granted.
Please be advised that you should endeavour to submit your documents within time provided in our letter. If you are unable to meet the deadline because you are still gathering your documents, submit what you can before the deadline along with a cover letter explaining the delay in the submission of your remaining documents. This letter will be placed on file for the officer?s consideration when your file is assessed. Please be aware that we are not usually able to review applications immediately after the deadline for receipt of documents has passed. However, once the application is brought before an officer for review, a decision will be taken based on the documentation that has been received by this office at that time. The visa officer will then make a decision to approve your application, refuse it or call you in for an interview based on the information and documents on your file.
When I submitted my Doc, in Schedule 3 Form for Question 5 language: I left the whole section
And in question 6 Language continued: I tick yes
Please suggest me, as i am expecting my Ielts score card in this week most probably
Should I need to send my Schedule 3 form again by fulfilling the language section according to the IELTS Score
And what should I write to them so, they can understand easily and start my processing
