I am currently residing in Canada since 2002.I came under the live in **** programme but changed my status as a visitor after i gave birth to my child.since 2006 i have been extending my stay.I am going back to the Philippines to visit my other children and also gather all documents i will need for my application for permanent residence.my common law spouse will sponsor me.I am going home with my Canadian born son.and would be returning within 6 weeks.i will have to get a temporary visa to return.i have no other provable ties in the Philippines except for 3 children.what are my chances my temporary visitors visa be denied or approved.
