I took my landing in June 2008. My PR card expires in 2013. Due to unavoidable circumstances I will be away from Canada till March 2011 and then can continously stay in Canada for 2 yrs ( till my PR card expires).
1. Will PR card be renewable in 2013 with two years of stay in Canada?
2.Is it an easy process or do I have to explain in detail the reasons for not being able to stay for more than 2 years?

It´s a fair and simple process if you don´t have any criminal offense.
1. Yes.
2. You don´t have to explain your absense as long as you are within the 2/5 years rule.
