  Hi friends,
We applied for permenant residency on november 20th 2008 at the CIC office,Buffalo. We have been working in canada for last 18 months. How long i have to wait for an initail response. We wish to change the appartment and is it possible to change the address in the application before initially alloting the application number?
can anybody help in this regard..
