My wife si schedule for a interview in bejing, should I go with her? And ive heard some horror stories about VO´s asking questions u that are ridiculous and cant be answered is that true?

The time for preparation is long but passed.
Your spousal sponsorship application got sent for an interview in case you don´t know it......... the documentation submitted has something wrong with the actual application. Something does not compute!!!
You and your partner messed up by doing...... who knows, The Visa Officer knows!
Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus and the two sexes view things with a different set of gender eyes.
Now you want to create a situation that more misunderstandings can occur?????
Stay away you would be far more a hindrance then any assistance.
