hi! i just want to ask about the confirmation letter i received last nov.08,asking if i´m still interested to continue my application, if not they will refund my money. i did not reply to to this letter because i´m out of the country where i submit my application and i´m still interested. is this enough answer to their letter, on not replying their letter, or still they will think i´m not interested anymore so they will refuse my application. thanks a lot

after receiving confirmation letter, when i must expect notice to update documents (in reply to: confirmation letter)
i just want to ask when imust expect a notice to update documents, i received my AOR dec.2006, since then they post a new rule regarding backlog and this 38NOC list. my profession is included in the 38NOC list, is there any possibility that they will send me notice to update documents as early than on 60months waiting time.
