My husband is a canadian citizen, he has applied to sponsor me. Now the file has been moved to local vis office. he wants to come back in his home country to live with me till the whole process of sponsorship completes. Is there any problem for him to come back or he can easily move here.

thanks in advance

Well I´m confused.

R U in Canada yourself?

In theory it is possible but you may be turned back at the border because your intention is to remain permanently and not temporarily as a visitor is.

i m not in canada. My husband is in canada, and has applied for my sponsorship application. and i m in Pakistan.

i m just asking can he return back to pakistan now, as our sponsorship has been approved and file has been sent to our visa office. and he is a canadian citizen. will this affect processing of application?

Canadian´s do not have to reside in Canada during any sponsorship.
