You must have an income that is at least equal to the minimum necessary income, the amount of which is published yearly by the Canadian government. You will have to provide with documents that show your financial resources for the past 12 months and prove you are financially able to sponsor members of the family class. You may solicit the help of a co-signer.

Low Income Cut-off (LICO)

Size of Family Unit Minimum necessary income
------------------- ------------------------
1 person (the sponsor) $21,666
2 persons $26,972
3 persons $33,159
4 persons $40,259
5 persons $45,662
6 persons $51,498
7 persons $57,336
More than 7 persons,
for each additional person, $5,838
add

Quebec income scale is a little bit different.

Hi,

I am a student. I want to sponsor my parents for Canada. But my income less than Minimum necessary income. My uncle lives in USA. He is a citizen of USA. If he co-sign and shows financial support, will I be able to apply for my parents?

no. Your uncle would have to be married to you (trying to be funnny...) and living in Canada.
