Is there nobody on this forum that is representing the beautiful island of jamaica? Jamaicans are in on evrything and so i will be a little bit shocked if this forum is void of Jamaicans.

Thanks all. Have you any idea if the turnaround time has improved for us jamaicans uner this new system. i posted my application on the 27th january 2009 and is desperate to know that my cheque reached safely. I had provided an e-mail address and so i figured that i would have at least know by that medium that the cheque was safely lodged.

Go to your bank and ask them whether your check has been encashed.

Hi all! I am interested in getting a temporary work visa 4 canada, but i need a job offer from a canadian employer.
I´m interested in going to ONtario, Alberta, B.C. can anyone tell me of the best places to apply to. Willing to work as a Nanny/Caregiver or in the hospitality industry.

I have been offered a job in reading Jamaica but I am not familiar with their immigration polocies. Should I come as an employee or as a visitor. I have a boyfreind there who is willing to marry me but that seems a little extreem.Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
