Subject: REFUSED PRRA
Hi I came in Canada with my wife in 2004 from India. In 2005 we applied for refugee claim which was rejected in 2007. we applied for immigration under H&C. also we appealed in fedral court for refused refugee claim but that was refused too. in july 2008 cbsa called us for PRRA application. feb 2009 cbsa called us again to notify that our PRRA and H&C case has been refused so we have to leave this country. they took all our canadian ids and book our flight for 27th of march 2009.
I heard that "there is always ways to remain in canada" but I don´t know how. my wife is 4 months pregnent now and this is first baby. is there any way she can deliver this baby in canada? I mean if we appeal for refused PRRA. how long it takes for decision for appeal & will they return our work permit, IFH health forms Etc.? in cbsa interview I heard about ARC but didn´t fully understand. if we have to return anyways what are my options to come back as soon as possible? right now i have a time for almost 1 month. is there anything I can do during this time to make my ARC accepted? how long it takes to come back under ARC? I have 3 years of candian work experiance as in general labour. and my wife has 2.5 years of experience. having good credit score for more than 2 years. If I get mcse certificate is that helpful? I was taking toefl classes before PRRA & H&C decision. and could you please suggest some professional courses I can do to come back early.

please advise me
thanks

regards
harry

ARC- Application to Return to Canada. You have to do this, but it is not a method to return, it accompanies an FSW, Sponsorship or what ever other type of application you can submit.

Good Luck

Refugee claim denied....PR application rejected...Deportation order by end of March 09...struggling since 04..five years of failure passed..and after all that you want to stay and dream to have a Canadian baby thinking that this baby will allow you to stay? What is in Canada makes you to stay despite all this struggle and failures? Is India that bad? If I were in your shoes, I follow the advice above...leave in dignity and put an end to this misery.

Unusual that after all this time you now post a question here and your a legitimate poster!

You filed a refugee claim did you get legal aid to pay for your representative or did you foot the bill???

You filed an application for leave to the Federal Court for your failed refugee claim --- average cost $2,300.00 for filling in some forms or did Legal Aid give you the funds for that too?

YOU WERE NEVER GIVEN LEAVE TO APPEAL!!!!

You appealed a failed H&C to the Federal Court LOL LOL LOL on what basis?????????????

****Who paid for the Lawyer to file that useless application???

CIC never says why you failed or passed a H&C so what was the basis of your argument to the Federal Court??

Did anyone get paid to assist you with the Pre Removal Risk Assessment Application, well!

SO YOU POST HERE AND I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU DON`T ASK THE LAWYER BEHIND DOOR ONE, DOOR TWO, DOOR THREE, DOOR FOUR ETC. WHO YOU RETAINED SOMEHOW.

DID YOU TRY TO START A FAMILY IN AN ATTEMPT TO STAY IN CANADA

Waive goodbye Harry!!!!!!!!!!!

Refused PRRA (in reply to: REFUSED PRRA)
Dear Mr. Roy...
My biggest mistake was i went to WWICS for refugee claim and paid whatever they asked ($5100). i went to them on april 2005 and paid in advance but i don´t know why they
waited upto the expiry date(june 30th 2005) of my VV. they submit application just before 15 days of expiry date. that was one of the reason of refusal for refugee claim. secondly when they submit PIF with Application both of the pifs are not same eventhough we have a same story. i meam they are contradicted each other that caused a Credibility issue on my case. they never show us our pifs before First hearing. later they handed our case to another law firm. in my last hearing my counsil asked board member for written submission. they sent the submission but they didn´t show what they written on it. i spent another $2500 to this counsel but they didn´t do anything like Professional law firms does... finally i filed my PRRA by myself but it was too late for any kind positive response. i don´t understand why these type of law firms play with someone´s life. they intentionally loose their cases just to keep charging money from the clients untill or upto their removal! i didn´t start my family to get immigration it was by chance. please excuse me for putting someone´s name here.
thanks for your reply

Not sure what exactly makes you want to stay in this freezer for the rest of your life! Unlike you, I also CAME IN CANADA (your expression and points out that you had an orgasm! into Canada)but in a Canadian girl (LOL). I just became a citizen and am getting ready to leave the damn land. The climate is like a punishment; the pay scales are pittance... why stay here? I had no return path (departed from the native country when I was 9); you however, can return to India and have a nice life. But like so many other Indians I have met here, you probably have profound spite for your homeland. I never could make sense of the level of spite Indians have for their homeland. Actually I enjoy Indian cuisine so much so that I asked my employer UNESCO to post me in India... but not now, they said! Anyways... please have some respect for yourself and your country... Canada is a mere shithole in among the industrialized nations. There is nothing here that anybody might like, unless of course it is the cold and snow that they like! LOL
Enjoy your life in India. Most of all save money; stop paying the legal crooks; also do not hire Roy... nor anyone else. make peace with yourself... And I am sure there are plenty of things you could do back in India. Take care and good luck.

Harry, its pathetic to see what you did to stay in Canada and still want to find ways to stay here. A refugee from India!!! Thats so gross. you got what you deserved. CIC would turn down the application if you lie. The fact that An Indian citizen applying for a refuge is a lie in itself. India houses over 20 million refugees from Tibet, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Did you ever think about this? You tried to abuse the system and were served Right..

Vinny how can you comment without knowing anything! I had well settled business there and indeed i was making a lot more money than i am making here. i would never come here if i didn´t have problems there. "you are singing the same song as others," without knowing the fact! you would better read this article to open eyes. http://www.achrweb.org/reports/india/AR2008.html
I love India but after performing love marriage i had troubles made by my father-in-law. you are saying i tried to abuse the system so this is your misunderstanding. If I have to die I would like to die in India rather than in this selfish country. India is getting rich day by day but who knows 1000s of people are dying of hunger & water.

Harry, You did the mistake and abused both systems. You got what you deserved. Period... Your are doing more harm to yourself by not listening to others and coming up with excuses. Who would go through a 177 pages report? When the same group claims that India is the best in human rights in South east Asia. Probably you did not have courage to file a complaint against your father in Law? There is no need for this discussion. You were at fault, admit it and carry on with your life. Also check with the Mission, if they will provide you any services after you filed a non political refuge. You should be lucky as your case was refused so they are bond to serve you. I am not gonna reply to this post again....
