My Ex-husband started sponsorship for two of our children, at the time of application the children were living with him in Windsor, and attending school there. He is in final stages of the sponsorship, passports were already requested. The children are now living with me in Saskatchewan. I am going to be filing my application for FSW PR soon.
I want to know if it´s a requirement that the children reside with their sponsor, or is it just a requirement that they reside in Canada. Is is going to affect their sponsorship application if they are residing with me now?
