Hello,
My wife left me and left the country, then I travelled to the country where she was residing, and tried to reconsile the issues unsuccessfully, eventually we were divorced according the the local customs abroad (we were married under the same customed out of Canada, in same country). She was given the dowery which was required for the divorce in that country, then I registered my divorce with the local athourities in that country.
After that I travelled back to Canada, and then after few months my ex-wife travelled back to Canada as well and filed a divorce seeking case against me, claiming that she is still my wife and she needs spousal support and division of matrimonial property? what is my legal position about this situation is? please advise

I would invest in a lawyer. Does your wife intend to live in Canada from now on?

So for she is claiming that she does intend to live in Canada, but I highly doubt that.
