i have 4 years experience in an food restuarant but three years before it has been closed, now pls tell me if i present my experinece letter then how immigeration personal will varify it

Dear Asad,
Explain the situation in the supporting letter to immigriation officer. Moreover, you can give some other evidence that could support indirectly that you were employed by the resturant in the past like:
a..You can provide your payslips
b.. you can provide the Bank statement that can show that salary was transferred by the resturant.
c..Your Tax return for the period in queston is also a solid evidence.
The above evidences alongwith your appointment letter is sufficent to prove that you work there.
