| Subject: please help my passport with visa was destroyed |
please help roy and sharon my passport was with my permanent residence visa was destroyed by a fire in my apartment i had until the 31 of may to land please help.

I would issue a new passport ASAP and fly to Buffalo immigration center and speak to the officer at the window in person. Meanwhile, email Buffalo center and see if they would reply. I think they can reissue the visa as long as it is not expired.

They usually don´t respond to calls. Email them and designate your message as URGENT in the subject.
