Subject: office at Buffalo transfer my file to New Delhi

HI to all.
This is a genral enquiry regarding sponsorship for spouse. My husband is a canadian citizen and I am an Indian citizen currently residing in the United States. My application was tranferred from Buffalo Immigration to your office in New Delhi. The question now is that what is the next process or procedures. Will my sponsor receive a letter for further instruction?

Will my process start from the beginning?
Do i need to contact the office in New delhi?
Will they follow the timelines for New Delhi? If yes my applications process date is september 12th? does it means i`ll get PR by march?
