Subject: Mechanical Engg evaluation for Quebec immigration
  I have masters in mechanical engineering from a US university, and wishing to immigrate to Quebec.
It looks to me that I have to have my degree qualified before I can apply for Quebec immigration.

Can someone please let me know if I would have to prove my ability in French in order to get qualification from the professional body for immigration purposes?
