  hie i have a studied travel and tourism. and i have got certificates .i applied asylum years ago and am still waiting for my case bt am thinking of going to canada as they are offeribng people opportunities.MY QUESTION IS CAN I CANCEL AND GO TO CANADA FROM THE UK(ENGLAND) BECAUSE THATS WHERE AM BASED?
