| Subject: A few questions about Criminal Record |

I am a Canadian Citizen living and working in the USA. I am married to a citizen of Kenya who is also in USA on a visa. We have 2 children and would like to move to Canada to be closer to my family. He has a few blemishes on his criminal record which I am afriad will prevent him from being able to immigrate. He was charged with a DUI in Jan 05 and had license suspended. He drove on that suspended license in April 05 and was sentenced with 60 days in jail, which is the manditory minimum sentence in Massachusetts. I cannot seem to find any info on which offenses will make him inadmissable as all the info I can find is very general and doesn´t look promising.
Do we include the "Certificate of Good Conduct" from Kenya and "Criminal Record Check" from FBI in USA with our initial application or do we wait for them to request it? I have also seen previous posts that mention needing an FBI record as well as State Police record. Are the State Police records also necessary?
Also does the sponsor have to take the medical or is just the people being sponsored?

CIC requires FBI report. The charges most likely will appear on the FBI records. Police clearance certificate required from other countries.

All family members (all the people on the app) should undergo medixal exams.
