I am not saying I won´t be tempted to check in from time to time but I think after 6 years of almost daily forum visits, it is time to give it a rest.
I have enjoyed my time here and have learned a lot from many of you. Even though we have never met, I consider many of you my friends.
I hope the new rules will eliminate some of the endless waiting and anxiety that we have seen day after day on this forum. I am sure you would agree that any improvement to the system is welcome.

OH, HOW I WILL MISS YOU! YOU HAVE NO IDEA, HOW I WILL MISS YOU!
IT FEELS SO NOT WORTH HELPING OTHERS BY GIVING FREELY OF YOUR TIME WITH SOME OF THE TROLLS THAT ARE IN THIS BUSINESS VISITING THIS SITE AND SPEWING HATRED BECAUSE YOU GAVE THE CORRECT ADVICE FOR FREE.
SHARON I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE LINE UP SOOOOO LONG AT THE REMOVALS UNIT (GTEC) BEFORE. THINGS ARE NOT GOOD IN VISA POSTS ABROAD EITHER AND ONE WOULD THINK WITH THEM STOPPING PROCESSING FSW OTHER APPLICATIONS WOULD BE PROCESSED FASTER OR AT LEAST NORMALLY.

You have provided truthful advice and honest opinions.
A lot of people might think that either you or Roy runs this site.
It is good that you are not giving up, but would like to take a break -- perhaps spend the time in something else. Good for you.

I will miss you so much! You have given me (and so, so many others) such incredible support over the past several years, always offering honest opinions and insight and helping us get through the dark times.
Your kindness and support cannot be over stated. You have shown yourself to be an amazingly unselfish and giving person and I wish you the very very best. I hope that your "retirement" means good news for you, that your own immigration story is finally being fulfilled.
