The very first case was handled by a non-immigration Lawyer. Their child is real young and will probably not have a valid Identity document to allow the child to cross the border.

They need to think outside of the box but SHAME.........

I agree!

I´m glad you have the same sensibilities on this as I do, Roy. In reading the story comments from other readers, I couldn´t believe the hatred being spewed at this poor woman from Canadians. "Send her back, she a traitor, she deserves prison time!!!" they´re sputtering and drooling. What happened to the peace-loving, welcoming, open-hearted Canada I´ve come to know and love?

On another note, would you have some additional insight for Lily in her other recent post here titled "OMG, CIC is still working on background checks"? I don´t think she has anything to worry about, but maybe you have some knowledge.

I will never forget meeting some American in residence at York University who was paying foreign student fees to avoid the draft at York University.

We had a debate about being able to shoot someone dead a football field away.

So we went out to the field and I picked one of eight people at the other end of the field and I pretended to shoot. When we got down to the other end of the field I had picked as a victim a little old lady. Sure looked like a possible soldier a football field away!

The issue now is going to the Federal Court most Lawyers will first require a deferral letter then an application to Federal Court normal fee $5,000.00

She has no time to make up her mind.

I was at GTEC today and at least 200 people were called in today for removal or PRRA´s
