hi everyone.yesterday i checked my application in e-cas and i´ve read in my permanent residence application that decision made is changed from in process again.last october 2008;the immigration requested an additional document and mailed it from them and thy have received it last december 2008.when i checked again my application two days ago,i found out that the decision made is changed from in process again.actually,i´ve done already my medical and background checked since november 2007.could anyone can share some thoughts regarding my xperience.

1-why did you do the medicals before they ask you to do so?
2-could you tell what your timeline is?
