i checked my application in e-cas and i´ve read decision made,what does this mean on my aplication for permanent resident.does this mean that my paper is approved or what.any suggestions.

What is e-cas? is it some online portal to check status of application? What is the URL of website?

Ana e-cas (electronic Client Application Status) is a service provided by CIC which allows their many clients to check the status of their applications on line... you need a client # or file # to do that... this number should have been given to you by CIC on a letter...
