There is no method of tracking them and who cares attitude is the normal attitude.

When they catch the person the person will be excluded unless they make a refugee claim which they could but I don´t recommend.

Y the question?

thanks Rob.... I was just asking because its a topic i chose for my research paper. I think there has to be some mechanism in place to allow the gov´t to track them.

What do you think Rob...You seem to know a lot, thanks in advance for all your responses.

Everyone entering the country should be injected with a chip that releases blue color after the stipulated date (like that stuff tellers keep in the bank). Boarder police will take the chip out if you leave the country (the same way retailers take out "that security stuff" off the merchandise after you buy).
Please let your law enforcement know if you spot a blue person.
Personally, I prefer that people should be given an opportunity to indicate their preference of color.

Then it will be politically correct for people to say "catch that brownie!"

T-bone -

How do you suggest the cost for installing and un-installing of the chip to be covered?

Should it come from national security budget which is tax payer´s money or to be included in the application fee?

Denis Coderre is the former Immigration Minister that stopped the processing of Parental Sponsorships for 18 months and told no one not even his fellow MP´s.

Denis Coderre forced hundreds of FSW, Entrepreneurial and Investor applicants to race to the Federal Courts due to section 190 of IRPA when he changed the rules and the point system half way through the process. Than God for the Dragan decision.

Denis Coderre actions forced the creation of transitional provisions when he announced that all he ever wanted was to treat all applicants fairly after the Federal Court said he could not keep doing what he was doing.

Denis Coderre created the back log by requiring all off shore applicants to be interviewed.

Denis Coderre forced the creation of regulation 11 by eliminating 48% of CIC applicants.

Denis Coderre created CSIC and is a honourable Member of CSIC.

Denis Coderre is the Right Honourable Member of Parliament.

So Denis Coderre is the culprit that is responsible for all the troubles now.

Someone who can afford a lawyer should take this mad man to court for all the inconveniences he has caused to innocent people.

ONE MAN WITH SO MUCH POWER.
