Hi, I have got my PR visa stamped in my passport. But due to current family situation I and my wife will not be able to land in Canada.
What is the procedure to get the Landing fees refunded?

Sharon, This is not the old refund.
My PR visa expires on 31 Jan 2009. And we will not be able to land in Canada. Hence I would like to know the process of getting back the landing fees.

There is no fee refund ( any kind of fee) - after you application is completed.

i had applied in 1997 for canadian immigration by colombo, while i am in karachi. and after medical and interview, i got a letter in april, 2001 to receive visa. instead of receiving my visa i infromed them about my marriage plan. so they asked me about my wife papers. which i send them. but next year in Apr, 2002 they rejected my case. they gave me the reason that they were not satisfied by my financial status. but i have not refund my landing fees. so i have two questions.
1.what is the chance if i reapply again.
2.what should be procedure to refund landing fees.

1. Still I have not assisted myself under new rules. so i am not sure about it.
2. I dont know thats why i have asked u,Is it possible that could i get refund my landing fees after 9 years.
