I tried to move to Canada but failed to have immigration papers. They turned me around and told me that I had to get a ministers consent to return within a year. How do I get Ministers consent? I plan on marring a canadian citizen and we are going to do the immigration papers after. We want to be together asap after we marry. So,again, how do I obtain a Ministers consent. Thank you.

i am in the same boat i have been away from my family now for 7 months and the hole time i been trying to get a letter all so but i do not know how to get one my comon law wife is sick and has bipolar i need to get home fast but i have had no luck so far i wish i knew where to get this letter m y self
