Subject: sponsoring

I am a Canadian Citizen living in Canada with my family since 13 years and my parents are here too and still awaiting since 10 years for a status on humanitarian ground. I need to sponsor my 45 year old brother (unmarried) from Pakistan as we all are christians and we worry about his safety. Please help me in answering my question and thanks alot for your time.
