AOR was sent to me last yr and in the ecas it states, WE STARTED PROCESSING UR APPLICATION 4TH FEBRUARY 2007, lately last month the Immigration Officer told me that I should redo my medical which I?ve done, this morning my ecas showed we STARTED PROCESSING UR APPLICATION 1ST DECEMBER 2008. The previous processing time and the present, both are showing in my ecas. is this the normal process ?

Yeah, don´t rely on ECAS. The information in there is not updated nor reliable.
If you have any questions, you may contact the embassy in charge of your application usually by fax.
