Hi There,
I´m so happy that i found this forum..what a helpful info.
I have a question for expert please
i´m now out of status since almose 4 weeks ago and I applied for H&C recentaly, i know i will be waiting (and still out of status) for at least 2 years to get any decision, but can i apply for work permit or study permit during that time? and how this work inland?
ps: no refugee claim done in case it makes any difference
