I have three older children that currently live in Ontario, and are soon to move back to detroit area, i´d like to be closer to them. I have a job waiting for me in detroit area whenever i get back there. (Very good pay). I need to stay in canada due to my spouse being banned from u.s.

All I asked was a simple question and the replies back were to deny us because we are trying to have a better future for me and all, (ALL), of my kids. I haven´t even applied for the SINP yet, I´m just inquiring so that I can decide on which route would be better for us. If SINP will get my PR sooner and I´m not lying to get it. What´s the problem? It´s not my fault that the system is a little flawed. I have a legitamate TWP that´s valid until Sep-2010. Why do people think that they have the right to judge others, they don´t have to walk in our shoes. Even if they did, years ago the immigration system was much easier to go through.

When you apply for SINP, there´s a rule that states that you must reside in the Province; but as to how long, it doesn´t say. I think three years is suffice.
