HI EVERYONE
IN 2005 I CAME TO CANADA AND I APPLAYED REFUGEE. I LOST TO HEARING AND AFTER THAT I APPLY FEDERAL COURT AND I LOST AGAIN.ME AND MY LAWYER APPLY H&D AND STILL WAITING THEIR DECISION. ONE YEAR AGO PRRA SEND ME LETTER AND I WENT TO AIRPORT AND THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PHONE CALL EVERY MOUNTH. AND I DID. NOW THEY SEND ME LETTER AGAIN AND THEY DECISION AND THEY ARE GOING TO TELL ME DECEMBER 10TH. I AM SO SCARED TO RETURN MY COUNTRY.ALSO MY PASPORT EXPIRED. IF THEY ARE GOING TO DEPORT ME HOW CAN I STAY MORE?OR ANY LEGAL ADVICE?

I don that,if they going to reject your claim(PRRA)in that moment they going to make you to sign some peaper ( advice better read this peaper and if this peaper say you are ok to live the country do not sign it say you do not sign without your avocats advice or you do not anderstand english and ask your avocat if you do not sign what is going to hapen, because if you sign in that moment they going to make you a ticket to your country and in 15 days you goin to be in the plane to your country) or maybe you goin to win you do not know that( if the peaper they send you was a small envelop is not good news)Good luck

if i didnt sign are they gonna force me to sign? i mean they are gonna arrest me or something? they send me small envelope but one of my friend also got small one but they accept his case. i know it is small percentages to pass. thank you for advince

I do not know that because i did sign,for this you should speak to your lawyer. I hope for you is good news brother because if not and you want to stay to the country illegal you going to have hard f.....n time to surviyav. All the best bro

i have one more question. if they are gonna deport me i thinking to get U.S. viza and come back to canada. if i apply refugee again are they sending US? before i heard they are sending to people to US. Do you know anything about that?

No i do not know nothing about this.the best thing for you is to speak to a lawyer 50$ half hour no big deall . IF you can go to USA what you need to come back here in this country maybe Obama going to do somethig about ilegal immigrants there because he want to win again the latinos vote after 4 years(think littlebit about it the sun in florida or the snow in canada)hahaha...! good luck brother

Burcin now i have question for you how did you get the passaport from immigration to go get the visa in USA ambassy , becouse they(immigration) did not give my pasaport

i am brone in pakisthan, but nationality in s.korea. 2004, i withdrawn to my refugee claim in vancouver airport.
now i want to refugee claim again in vancouver airport. Is it possible for me to refugee claim. please advice.

i received a letter from the greater enforcement and it says on the letter that i have an interview to attend and its all about my removal order, my lawywer advice me to apply a PRRA,and he told me that i can apply as a caregiver since i have an employer(approved by the LMO under my name as a caregiver)i finished PSW with diploma here in Canada, my lawyer said that i can apply a working permit as a caregiver and my question for you- is it possibble to stop the removal while my working permit as a caregiver is still in process ?by the way i apllied for refugee and H&C but it was refused.
