Received update letter, i am worried need your help
Indian applied from Saudi AOR dated Jan 2007 under SAP Visa office London UK
My last date to update my doc is 12 Feb.
As i am going for vacation in the first week of Dec will be back on Jan 23
In my current PP Exit reentry is ready at this time i can´t able to change my name
If i need to change my name, first exit re-entry should be canceled then after submitting my new PP by fixing my surname and it also requires transferring Visa from Old PP to New PP with the help of mandoob its lengthy procedure.
What you suggest should i cancel my vacation
One thing i remember that when i applied for PP in India with my younger sis we both don´t have Surname mention in PP only given name is Printed. She went to Canada after getting married she did not face any problem
If I write my IELTS in India by providing current PP details and submit IELTS with the New PP Copy (after fixing my surname) will it effect?
Should I take directly IELTS score from test center and send along with doc?s to CIC or IELTS score will be send directly through test center
At the same time should I get my PCC from PP office India its easy get from there can I able to submit with the new PP (after fixing my surname)
My details: i am single lived in India for 22 years and since Sep 2002 i am working in Saudi Arabia nearly 6+ years
But in my update letter for PCC it was written like this: this does not apply to residents of Saudi Arabia? What it means
Police clearance certificates
Submit police certificates for yourself and each of your dependents who are 18 years old or over for each country lived in for 6 months or more since reaching age 18. You must submit the original document and a translation if the document is not in English or French. This does not apply to residents of Saudi Arabia, who will be sent a request for police clearance certificate and facilitation letter when the application is in process
When i submitted my first form for SAP i tick the check box for my dependents that they are not accompany with me. So it does not make any sense to get there PCC.
Please help me out to clear my quires. Millions of thanks in advance.
