Hey Guys,
I was wondering if anyone could help out here: I´m about to submit my application for PR but have a little problem with the police certificate thingy. On the CIC website, it says (to applicants from my home country) that:
"you need to provide a police certificate when applying for permanent residence, however, the certificate will be released directly to the Canadian visa office upon request".
Does anyone know how this works? I´m resident abroad and have secured the PC for the country I live in. Do I just send that with my apps for PR, send my application for PC to the police authorities in my home country and leave CIC to deal with the rest? (as I suppose the website suggests?)
