Subject: London Office - Address for sending passports |

Hi,
I have received the passport request through email with an attached file that is a pdf copy of PPR.
In the pdf file (PPR) it is mentioned - "Please use the address label included with this letter when you send
your documents".
As I did not receive the postal mail, I wonder if I could use the same usual address as follows:
HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA
IMMIGRATION AND MEDICAL SERVICES DIVISION
38, GROSVENOR STREET
LONDON W1K 4AA
This may look very trivial, but I am asking this question because earlier when they asked me to provide updated documents, they did send me a label and that label had the same address but an additional line in the begining and that was "(P150)" followed by the usual address as I gave above.
Any body has recently got PPR from London Office, through postal mail, with address label. Does that label have any specific number or code in the begining, followed by the usual address?
Appreciate your response, thanks in advance.

address (in reply to: London Office - Address for sending passports) Mr Rabbani
In the PDF file which you get by E-mail you can find a pre-printed address label, written as PHEP processing, so you can make a print out of that label and used it as address for passport delivery.
And if you dont find this label the address which you have is correct but just write before that address on envelope as PHEP processing.(photos, height, eyecolor, passports processing)
Thanks

Courier for PP submission (in reply to: London Office - Address for sending passports) salam Rabbani. I m no the same boat, but I did receive the passport request through mail (not email). Freeze is right, just add PHEP processing in the first line of address.
Which country u r in now? and which courier service did u use to send the passports?
Thanks.
